My sub zero refrigerator drawers stopped cooling. The first repair guy came out and the next day the temp was 11 degrees warmer.Called a lot of repair companies and got a lot of quotes that were all over the place and they were booking out a week.
The only authorized sub zero repair is Box and they charge $98 just to come to your house and that fee is not put toward the repair. And they are expensive.
I found Air Temp on one of my many calls and they charge $50 or $55 to come out (can't remember) and if the repair is done, that goes toward your repair cost.
I called at 12:30 and was given an appt for the same day between 1-3. Luis came out at 2 and diagnosed a freon leak.
He recharged the system and I am back with a working refrigerator. (for $195) I could have replaced the evaporator coil for $500+ and would have had to wait a few weeks for the part, and Luis gave me the choice. He thought the freon recharge could last a few years and he said the new coils are not the same quality as what Sub Zero used to use, so they are not lasting as long.
My freon recharge is warrantied by them for 6 months.
Luis was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and very nice.
Highly recommend, especially for Sub Zero owners.

After reading some reviews, I decided to give this company a try and scheduled them out to fix our AC unit problem. It appears that a lot of small companies don’t like to repair water cooled systems. We live in a condo in west LA and we have a water cooled system. I called several companies and they wouldn’t come out to fix my problem because they told me they don’t do chiller system. Our building has a chiller on the roof and every other year we have a problem, and every company comes and charges Freon waiting for another year to come and charge again. This tech was the only one to say repair the leak and never charge the system. I was under the impression that charging the system was part of a yearly maintenance, but I guess all the other companies just wanted another service call the next year. I was glad they finally fix my problem they found a very small leak and my luck they were able to repair it.
He explained that there are many times this leak is not accessible, which is probably why the other companies did not want to try. So finally I got the solution to my yearly expensive problem. I’m so amazed that this problem is gone, and I’m glad I took the time to read some reviews from other members. They were right on the money. This company is great and I give them 2 thumbs up.

I found this company in the YP.COM. They were great it took the tech about 3 hours to find and resolve my problem and lucky for me they change a flat rate no matter how long it takes. The tech(marcus) was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing even saying he would come back the next day to make sure everything was still in working order. So I would recommend this company to anyone.

Originally I had a large noise coming from our roof unit. We tried turning on the air but nothing work, we just heard a large humming noise. We decided to call a few companies from the yellow pages. I had 3 companies come out and take a look at our rooftop heating unit. I knew our unit is old but I had 2 companies tell me I needed to replace the unit and gave me a quote for a new one. The 3rd one (Air Temp Company) explained to me the complete problem and gave me 2 options. One was to repair or replace it. I told him that times are hard and I need to work with what I had. He clearly explained to me that even though the unit is old, it is still in working conditions. He repaired my unit and gave me a warranty for 1yr for the repair. I like that fact that he was professional and was straight to the point. I liked his professionalism and the way he explain the problem clearly. I decided to use them for our small business because in their business card showed they repair commercial and residential refrigeration as well. We have a small deli shop and they have worked wonders for us. They have repaired several refrigerators, and our business air conditioner. Their professionalism and their clear explanation of the problem and solution give us the confidence every time a problem arises. It’s been a while since our home heating system was repaired and its working perfect. I decided to take the time to give them credit because they still continue to provide us with good straight forward and honest service.

I usually don't take the time to rate my services, but since I found them online and I'm completely satisfied with the services rendered, I felt a need to give credit where credit is due.After putting off getting a new AC unit due to financial reasons, I decided to call up a bunch of companies to give me an estimation of how much this was going to cost. I decided to go with this company due to their reasonable pricing. The staffs in the office were all very knowledgeable, professional and they booked my appointment right away.
I realized I made a great decision. During the installation, the installers paid great attention to details. They worked hard and efficient. They had explained to me what system was best suited for my needs. The system looks perfect in our basement and now we have plenty of storage space.
I definitely will recommend Air Temp Co to all my family and friends. You will be pleased with this company.

I have called 3 local repair shops, I tried one and they tried to overcharge me and the other told me I needed a new system. I was a little confused and called this company (Air Temp) over the phone. The technician seemed honest and informative. He came and repaired my system and gave me a reasonable price. I am very happy that I did not have to buy another unit like I was told. The technician that came to my house was very helpful; he seemed to know a lot about systems. I would recommend them to anyone. It was a good experience finding them.

I gave them a call, they were prompt. The tech explained how my system worked, repaired it, and gave me some tips. I liked the level of service they gave me. The tech was very friendly, he said they are a new company from the bay area. They also gave me my senior discount. There service was great. I would recommend them.
